To use your online store credit, visit https://shop.theboxfashion.co.za/ and log in. It is very important that you are logged in to have your credit available to apply.

You have the option to log in using an OTP, where an OTP will be sent to the number linked to your email address. If you cannot use the OTP option and you also cannot recall your password, you can reset it here: https://theboxfashion.co.za/forgotpassword/.

Add all the items you love to your cart, and when you go to the checkout (the final page), you will see a notice about how much credit you have available and a button to APPLY the amount required. If you're on mobile, this will be nearly at the bottom of the checkout page. If you're on a desktop, it's on the bottom right underneath your order breakdown.

Once you click the button to APPLY, the amount indicated will be deducted from your total.

If the amount of credit available was less than your total, you will have an outstanding balance, and you need to proceed to DPO Paygate to make your payment and place your order. If the amount of credit available was more than your total, you should have an outstanding balance of R0.00, and you can click on "Place order".

Any remaining credit will be available the next time you return to the shop.
